About us
Radon specialists for Southern Ontario
IAQ Solutions is a London-based radon testing and mitigation company serving homeowners, home buyers and builders from Windsor and Sarnia to Brantford, north to Goderich. We do one thing, and we do it to standard.
IAQ stands for indoor air quality, and radon is the indoor air problem you can’t see, smell or taste. We start there: a clear number, an honest explanation of what it means for your family, and a fix that’s proven to work if it’s high.
Why we exist
In 2007, Health Canada cut its radon guideline from 800 to 200 Bq/m³. Overnight, a lot of Ontario homes that had “passed” were over the line, and almost nobody told them. Nearly two decades later, most Southern Ontario homeowners still haven’t tested, and many believe radon is a problem only for the Canadian Shield.
Meanwhile, the newest national survey estimates about 1 in 8 Ontario homes are at or above the guideline, and research shows that even households that find out their radon is high often don’t follow through. The obstacles are usually unclear advice, unclear costs and too little trust.
We built IAQ Solutions to remove those obstacles: clear information, honest numbers, fixed prices and guaranteed results.
How we work
Test first, always
No system gets quoted without a measurement. About seven in eight Ontario homes don’t need one, and we’ll tell you if yours is one of them.
Design to the house
Every system is sized from a communication test and built to CAN/CGSB-149.12, not a one-size-fits-all kit.
Prove it worked
Follow-up testing on every install, backed by a guarantee in writing.
Explain, don’t scare
Real sources, plain language, no fear tactics. Radon is serious and very fixable.

Know your number in one heating season.
Book a radon test with a C-NRPP certified technician: an early reading at 2 weeks, the full result at 91 days. If it’s high, we’ll design a fix and prove it worked.
